    Items may be returned for a refund within 15 days of receipt. All returns   must be authorized by our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) department. Our RMA department may be contacted at+86-755-28100168-79536 or Contact Us.Our RMA department will issue you an RMA number.The RMA number is valid for 15 days. You must package all items including warranty card, manuals, and packing materials back in the original packaging, and return freight pre-paid sothat it arrives at the address at the top of this page in no more than 7 days after the RMA was issued. The RMA number must be clearly marked on  the outside of all boxes shipped.Our shipping department will refuse packages which cannot be identified or packages which are sent freight-collect.We must  receive the merchandise at our location no later than 7 days after the RMA number  has been issued. All items must be included and in new condition.  If any items are damaged or missing, the appropriate amount will be deducted  from the refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable. All returns are subject to   a minimum 15% restocking fee.
